Is Stand Up Paddling Easy To Learn? YES, you can learn the basics in 1,5 hour.

Do I have to be in good shape to learn SUP? NO, people of all shapes and size can learn.

Do I need to know how to surf? NO, but that helps if you want to ride waves.

Is SUP as much fun as it looks? YES, it's a total blast in flat water and waves.

Is SUP safe? YES, with site and condition awareness.

Where do I have my lessons? For Beginner and Intermediate level, the lessons can be held either on quite and relaxed beaches, Lagoons or Rivers, always depending to the student's will and offcourse according to the conditions on the spots.

What Boards do you have to learn? We are fully powered by Naish SUP and Hobie SUP.

Can I rent gear or do I have to buy? We rent all the gear.

How much is it to buy gear? A high quality board, deck pad, bag, and paddle runs between 900 euros and 1300 euros.
